Replace tags in any plaintext encoded file (like a traditional doc file) or archive file (such as docx files) with rows from a csv.
The template file should contain tags like [[heading-name]] that will be replaced in the merge. headings from the CSV will be sanitized (lowercase a-z, 0-9, and hyphen only) before being used.
If file creation times out, you may need to break this into multiple CSVs or use a smaller template file.
